Spike in site views - Spam?
Hi everyone,
Recently I have noticed a significant spike in my website traffic. Last week I was getting about 20-30 views a week. As of this week, I have had 100 views in the last two days. After the brief moment of excitement that progress is finally being made I tried to do some digging on Google Analytics.
I am a little suspicious that my spike in users is Spam related as many of the users don't have countries or cities set or are from Russia (nothing against the Russian people but I heard a lot of spam comes from there.)
Also when I try and see what pages I am getting hits on, the URL within Google Analytics is not even one of my pages....two examples provided below:

Now part of me thinks this might still be a good sign if spammers are finding me then that means Google is finding me as well.
Wondering if anyone could shed some light on whether this is normal?
