Online Tools to Help Manage Blogging Content

I just wanted to share some really cool information about the tools I have been using to keep track of things to blog about.

1. Notepad or Notepad++

Mine are my old school Notepad++ that I have been using for years since I started working. It's easily available on your laptops as it comes pre-installed in your laptop.

Notepad++ is my favourite because it can be opened in different tabs and then you can type up your blog as you go. When a different idea pops up you can simply open a new tab and put a topic idea and start drafting.

2. Trello

I love this tool because for me, it's much like a ticketing system with reminders, deadlines, and mimics an activity board.

All my niche ideas have a board each. Then I can have different boards for different strategies for the current niche.

In my current niche board, I have my bills list. To do ideas/topics. And I will draft different topic ideas to keep blogging about them. But because I'm still new to this, I don't have any marketing strategies becauase I'm still learning about that. Also findint ways to include social medias as well :)

Once that blog has been posted I move it to my "posted" section once done..

Ideas mean that more content will be created and if you have more fun you will find it easy to push more blog information on your website.

Are there any other software tools used outside of WA to help with blooging and keeping tracks with personal goals or deadlines? I would appreciate if more people would come through and help with other external tools to help newbies blog and plan better.

All the best,

Gugu

Great post. Thank you for sharing. Trello is great.

I love notepad and use it a lot. I also use Textpad for drafting out blog post ideas. I haven't heard of Trello but it sounds good.

Lot's of great tools to use.
