Break It Down Or Drown In It
I am only at this a couple of weeks and already I can see that one of the large and valuable components of the WA experience revolves around the significant amount of communications between the members. Not sure about others, but I already had a fair dinkum of email traffic rolling into account before I started WA. Now the traffic is getting noticeably more intense.
For good or ill, there is a lot of redundant communications designed into the WA philosophy as well as into the WA technical platform. There isn't just a 'like' there is a notice that you received a like and that recipient acknowledged your like and so forth. Lots of traffic.
I use RULES in my Outlook to automatically shift incoming emails into manageable buckets of similar messages. So far I have set up the following storage directories (buckets) under the main Inbox of my main email address:

Note3: Regarding the Blog Posts and Questions and such, it will keep them available for me to easily check through for salience at my leisure as well.
