If i create a WA blog on sitebrix can i publish post from this blog to the blog inside my profile? Is it working together?
And another question can i buy a custom domain
You can buy a domain later and transfer your site over to it and then you can either use it for a test site for future blogs. It would not be advisable to put a blog post on your profile

Not sure I fully understand your first question, so I will hazard a guess: normally when you create a post, that's automatically a blog. Your profile is created as a page. The advantage (in my opinion) of creating posts is that you will add more and more posts but a page doesn't give the same effect. I do not know the technical terms for these.
With regard to your second question, yes, when you purchase your own domain, you can transfer from siterubix.
