I think you're asking about other members who have sites that stand on their own ie. are not siterubix sites.

The siterubix site is free, but ultimately, it's a subdomain and not its own domain. (I don't want to overwhelm you, but if you want more info, you can learn more it here -https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/the-mystery-of-subdomain-solved. If you don't understand it yet, don't worry...)

In order to hosts your own domain (not a siterubix one), you need to be a premium member - which I see you are.

While siterubix sites are free, you do have to pay for your own domain. You can do this via Namecheap (my favorite), GoDaddy, etc...

I highly recommend that you follow the Get Started Course and that'll really walk you through all this information.
