What can a fifth grader do that you can't?
What can a fifth grader do that you can't? Learn! I went to a fifth-grade concert and it hit me that six months ago my son didn't even know how to properly hold a trumpet let alone play it. In six months time, he is in a concert with other fifth grader playing like he has played for years. The key point here is that a fifth grader can start from the beginning and in six months time playing in a concert is great. Keep in mind that the fifth grader only practices maybe three times a week in school for one hour at a time. Then practice at home for twenty minutes a day for five days.
Why can't you start from the beginning and in six-months have a business that is generating income? If one keeps the same schedule as the fifth grader learning to play an instrument? Then one could build a business with one hour a day for three days and another twenty minutes a day for five days.
Why after we reach a certain age then it is very difficult to learn new things? Is it that we can't? or is it that we won't? Only you know which answer of three is for you.

I believe children have an energy and excitement for life while we adults have become cynical and set in our ways.

I absolutely agree. We as adults make our lives too busy, or that is what we think is happening. There is always time in the day just prioritize.

I believe that with some adults; it is finding work life balance that enables them. I personally have to schedule myself to ensure I am to meet famiky, social, and business obligations. You have to prioritize your day, week, and month to avoid stress. I am currently working on my Masters, working in my career; learning this new venture, spending time with my family, and giving myself me time. Time management and schedules really work for me and allow me gain knowledge when needed.
Congrats on your achieving your masters. 24 hours make it hard to achieve all we want to achieve in a day. Keep on Keeping on!
It's never too late to learn new things, or too old I speak for myself, we just need to take the time.
