Should i or could i use more than one Domain name extension?
You would use one extension for each domain you have. It is best to get a .com, but a .org, and a .net are also acceptable. Don't buy those extensions that you have not probably heard of before, they do not rank well, according to Kyle.

Should i also use the hosting from where i am buying my domain name or can or should i use hosting on Wealthy Affiliate ?

One of the reasons you joined WA is for the community. With that said, it would be best to have your domain here to easily share it with the other members.
As you are a premium member, you would probably want to have your domain hosted here at WA, as that is a part of being a premium member. You don't want to be paying two places for domain hosting. You are allowed to host 25 of your own domains here and 25 siterubix sites as well with a premium membership.
