Why not, I have two websites I work on simultaneously one a niche the other a WA promo one. I link one to the other constantly, in a way promoting each other. You can do the same 😄

Do you own your website and domain if you leave ever leave?

If you join WA Premium, and you register your domain and create your website here, do you get to "take" your domain and website with you if you ever decide to leave?
