What are the implications of THIS on internet marketing?

FCC approves plan to allow for paid priority on Internet I'm sure you've been hearing about net neutrality during the past recent months. I've been a bit concerned how, if passed, this would affect the internet and our business model as a whole. I'd like to get a discussion going on this.
