Run, Rice and Sunrise

As the first light of dawn gently kisses the horizon, the tranquil expanse of rice fields awakens with a serene grace. Each stalk stands tall and proud, swaying in the gentle breeze like a silent symphony playing out in the solitude of nature's theater. The lush greenery stretching as far as the eye can see, creating a harmonious tapestry that unfolds before the eager footsteps of a lone runner.

With each step, the earth beneath the runner's feet yields, embracing their journey with a comforting embrace. The rhythmic cadence of their breath mirrors the steady pulse of life that flows through the firlds, a synchronised dance of movement and tranquility. The cool morning air fills ones lungs, carrying with it the earthy scent of damp soil and freshly sprouted rice.

As the runner continues their training journey, the rising sun casts a warm golden glow across the landscape, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange. The horizon becomes a canvas upon which nature herself creates priceless masterpieces, a breathtaking display of light and colour that transcends words. The gentle rustle of the rice stalks whispers secrets of ages past, a reminder of the timeless cycle of growth and renewal that unfolds with each passing season.

In this moment of serene beauty, time seems to stand still, allowing the runner to lose themselves in the tranquility of their surroundings. The worries of the world fade into insignificance as they become one with the rhythm of the land, finding solace in the simplicity of existance. In the embrace of the rice fields, amidst the gentle caress of the morning breeze, the runner discovers a profound sense of peace - a fleeting glimse of eternity captured in the beauty of a sunrise run.

Well ok. Maybe i have taken a little liberty on this story, but the idea is to picture in your mind the feelings and emotions evoked . The atmoshere of nature itself and the setting of a village far from the madding crowd, as apposed to life in a town or city. Also , this time of year the rice fields are empty with little to show from the last harvest and now being used for grazing fields. Having said that, this scenario I have described is a plausable reality and is something I look forward to doing frequently in the near future when I settle down to a simple Thai village life, away from the hustle bustle of the town.
