Commitment
The height of success achieved by great men were achieved by those who were will to:
1. Determine precisely what they want
2. Evaluate the Cost of what they want
3. Decide they were going to pay it
4. Take daily small steps towards their goals
Note: it's not about how fast you walk at first but your commitment towards your desire.
A child be learning to walk does not worry himself/herself about walk fast, infact speed does not come to mind, the Goal however is to take one small step at a time. (little by little siad a thoughtful boy, moment by moment I will employ) lots of people go about their goals in too much rush and soon loses momentum; it has been said the journey of a thousand miles beginnings with a step, I will take it a step further and say it beginnings with a small step. Fact is, it's not about how fast you move but how consistent you move. In my life's journey I have found the quick way to arrive at a given destination is to go steady and accurate.
We something are tempted to think that speed is everything but not necessary true, a lot of time conversational wisdom often time proves flawed. The fastest way to get to one's goal is to GO SLOW AND GO COMMITTED
Often do we over estimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in a year.
In conlusion the Prize of life is not about the thing you get on arrival, nor is about it's benefits; the Prize of life is Who you become upon arrival at your destination. Simply put it is not what you achieve that count but who you become in the process of achievement.
