Since a few days ago, the mobile version in my tablet ASUS ZenPad looks terrible!
I tried with the Firefox and the Opera and displays fine. So the problem is with the Chrome. Thanks Nathaniell and Marlinda!
Which browser are you using? This can affect things as well. It's working fine on mobile Safari and Chrome for me.

I just checked on my cell phone and it works and looks fine on there. Maybe you need to restart your ZenPad?

Is there a problem with the wa mobile version?
Since a few days ago, the mobile version in my tablet ASUS ZenPad looks terrible!
And it happens with any kind of website, so i've just uninstalled the updates of the chrome browser and all came back to normal

I have understood that Google penalizes duplicate content in terms of page rank... And what i want to know is: if I build two identical websites, with the same content, one in
Duplicate content is exactly the same. As you will have the same content in two different languages they will NOT be exactly the same. So Google will show the correct language for the person searching for your keywords based on their location and prior browsing history. No penalty here.
