While transferring my domain to WA I had nothing to show up in drop-down. How do I transfer it back?

Thank you Tommy but in watching Kyle's video on creating an email address I followed instructions. Siterubix is where I attempted. My About Me Page had been completed. Introduction and Privacy Policy was done. I was in week 9, and needed an email address. I tried adding it but nothing would happen. Could it have been something in the SMTP settings but I couldn't find it either.

I deleted the site and used my secondary site introducing my invention. I copied all information to start the blog again later, and used a gmail email address. Jude banks is helping me. I appreciate it though.

You need to add it to your domain list within your siterubix drop down menu

Used a transfer code to make the transfer. Was charged three times even though it failed. I canceled the blog to continue my invented product but not getting a response from s

I wasted so much time on that. I just purchased another domain name and moved on. Our home became ready to move in to at this same period, and have had to take time away from training and work. When one wear so many different hats or operate as lead in too many positions one must sometimes decide priorities. l had to do just that with managing repairs, HVAC, Roofing, Installations, setting up my company etc.

These are the reasons I have been away, and today my body suffered fatigue. I was found passed out. I'm OK but step back for a moment when one finds oneself performing so many tasks at one time. Take the time for self! Take the time to rest your mind so one may perform duties with zeal and proficiency. Everything is done now. I will revisit the situation of transferring the other domains after I complete the set up of the one that is live.

I hope this helped someone who is stuck on whatever. Sometimes you must step over something and move on with another then revisit that something at a later date in time.

I'm heading down the same slippery slope.

That would be very helpful. I am transferring from namecheap.com. I am transferring my registered domain only. I am building my website on WA. Yes I thought it unusual not to get a response from support. I'm new at this but I used support in siterubix. Was that the correct one?

Each time I tried starting July 14, 2016 I was charged $13.99 before the transfer issued an error message asking me to resend the email. At that time I'd sent it with whoisguard.com attached and Kyle unformed me that was incorrect but I was also charged $.42. I took a step back and researched then tried again without the email address on July 16, 2016 using my business account again. I was charged $13.99 again before receiving the error message to resend the email address.

Of course I did not because it would have meant I would be charged again. So to continue the work on my website I deleted the blog. I concentrated on my patented product website, and opened a gmail account to cause no further delay. All of this was done in the siterubix-manager-email menu on WA.

I am trying to transfer projectbreakthroughtrainfree.com. That is the domain I have owned since April 2016. If you can help I would be so grateful. Again, I sent another message to support yesterday and still haven't received a response. I really hated to ask for help openly but it was the only way I knew how. My business has just been set up and haven't started earning revenue yet.

WA is the best I've known! I hope you can help me. I was moving along so well.

Where are you transferring from? Are you transferring just the registered domain name from another Registrar and/or also your website?

When did you put in your WA support ticket. It's unusual to get no response. Who charged you 3 times?

What is the domain name or URL that you are trying to transfer? I can try to check it for you to see if I can spot the issue.
