You don't need a flair in writing, just write in a way that communicates your ideas and personality.
The best tip I've been given is to write as if you are having a conversation with someone - that way your content will sound very natural and engaging.

As you can see you have a flair to write, everyone does. It just takes practice and the more you write the quicker it will become natural.
As John1812 said. Just look at writing as though you are having a conversation and you will soon find that the words start to flow.
