I got some messages from my referrals that 7-day trial is not available. We are from Philippines.
Correct. The free trial is not available to people in the Philippines as well as Pakistan, India, and Nigeria.
A couple of months ago I asked Kyle about why these countries do not have access to the free trial and he said, "We have determined this was best for WA as a high instances of fraud, gaming, and low quality or negative engagement."
sad to hear this news. But anyway, can I still refer friends under my link and how will I know that they have signed up ( i guess, there is no email notification when someone signs up)
You can still sign people up and you will be notified by email and it will appear in the Stats area of your Affiliate Program page.
Hello Sir, one of my friends told me that he signed up recently. He showed me the notification confirming that he successfully signed up. However, it does not appear on my notification in Wealthy Affiliate site. I haven't received any email as well. Any idea? Thanks

I have promoted my affiliate link to my friends, signed up under my affiliate link. But I didn't receive any email notification.
You will get an email notification of any signups that you refer. Just make sure that "Affiliate Notifications" is checked as an email notification you wish to receive within your WA Account Settings.
