Do These Now If You Want To Be Ahead Of Many In The Future.
Continuously Reflecting on the words of the wise and this time of Brianna Wiest. I began to learn these little things to do daily so that I may be ahead in the future;
Be friends with distinctive varieties of humans, never insulate your worldview by way of handiest socializing with individuals who are basically the equal coloration and Tonguewith you.
Examine. Do you know the way few people are reading not withstanding many editorial right here and there? Just a few. Do you recognize why it so? Do you know a book you read in some days this week can change the way you consider something for many years to come.
Get addicted to healthful pain. The kind that comes from clocking in hours of education, exercise or manoeuvring via the soreness of education your thoughts to awareness on one mission till it’s entire. The more you channel your ache into some thing productive, the less you’ll be tempted to ruminate.Get secure admitting when you’re wrong. There is no failure in making errors. There may be a failure in making errors and having too much satisfaction to repair them.If you decide to do nothing else, decide to a day by day routine that includes moves that, over time, will lead you to where you want to be (WA).Learn out of your mistakes.
Take a look at things that have gone wrong in the past and observe your behaviour now.
Forgive yourself. Are there any lessons that you could draw from them? Write them down. Is there anything you’re doing that you recognise can have effects that you may regret later? Alternatively, do some thing in an effort to be of benefit to you later, or at least will not trigger any damage in the future.
- You'll have to workout a few field. It’s easy to copy behaviour simply as it’s acquainted, it’s what you’re used to doing in a selected scenario. For example, in case you’re used to eating masses of sweet things and now you have diabetes, it's going to take time to adjust for your ingesting conduct.
Know that your past does not define your future. You may have had some downs, some failed grades or poor relationships - this does not mean that you will fail every exam you ever take or have poor relationships for the rest of your life. Acknowledge any role that you may have played in these and also look at other factors that may have been at play.
- The point of this is not to point fingers or lay blame on anyone. Understand that you have some control over the quality of your life.
Train your mind to look for the good in everything. It’s easy to adopt a negative outlook on life. Actively looking for the positive aspects of every situation will help you be grateful. It will help you criticize and complain less and appreciate more. If you find yourself in an unfavourable situation, ask yourself what you can learn from it.
- If you discover your self in a typically low temper, appearance in your mind. What are you questioning? How are you wondering? Are you complaining approximately some thing? Are you blaming your self or someone else for what came about? Ask your self if what you’re thinking is based on reality or opinion. Is there fact on your thought? Think of different approaches of searching at your scenario.
This doesn’t imply that you’re no longer allowed to have negative thoughts. Each person has negative thoughts from time to time. Believing all the bad thoughts to be true is what is going to have a terrible impact on your existence consisting of decrease temper and motivation to work for a terrific destiny.
Thank people along the way. Make it a point to thank others who are a valuable part of your life or who have helped you do things to make a better future. Not only will this open the door to more beneficial relationships but will also improve your physical and mental health.

Nice post Godstrong, surely this will work, we need to be more thankful , I try my best to give credit all the time , whenever it's due
Excellent post Godstrong
Keep it up
Thankfulness always gets things back into perspective. And "Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they are established" .
I must say you read my mind. In fact, I was unfortunately just viewing a program where someone seemed to be very ungrateful for what they have. The blame fell onto others, and the-the-while the individual appears to be blessed beyond measure in this life.
The past can be a drain and a problem unless you learn from it. I left some poor relationships from learning I can have better ones. I chose not to look back, and sometimes I find myself still trying to forgive myself for making mistakes at all. Then I realize that is how I have learned in the first place, and I thank God I have what I have.
This is a fantastic post for today! Gratitude is a great healer. :)
exactly my sister, The past can be a drainer of strength and will to proceed unless we learn from it, and our lessons of the past become key to the future if we got it right.
I love the way you concluded with the virtue "Gratitude" as a healer. when we are grateful, we become totally healed and ready for tomorrow.
thanks so much for this powerful comment, Denise.
