Do what you love; love what you do
A lot of people have spent a lifetime doing work they don’t really enjoy. Do you know anyone like that? At WA, we are told to find a niche in an area that interests us. Imagine that! Do what you like and create a business! I don’t know about you but that gets my juices going.
I got into IT years ago because I was fascinated by what all those little zeroes and ones can do. Back then, I looked forward to the challenge every day. Today I’m a project manager. The money is OK but I don’t get to play with the tech toys anymore—BORING! Wealthy Affiliate came along opening opportunities in new (for me) technologies in the exciting and burgeoning field of Internet Marketing. How does it get any better?
WA University is how! Sure you get a wonderful array of tools when you sign up, but WAU teaches you how to use them and you’re part of a community of people willing to provide extra guidance and encouragement as you learn. I don’t know any other program out there that offers all this and I’ve looked. Joining WA is such a no-brainer; I can’t understand why Facebook has more subscribers than WA. I’d like to do something about that.

I agree. It takes a lot of personal realization to see that you aren't happy where you currently are and then actively take steps to achieve that change. I know because I just dealt with it and have already made HUGE steps towards a better future and a better "me". Once I learn more I hope I can start convincing people to actively chase their dreams instead of waiting for "opportunities".
