If you are just starting out with creating your website, you need to put your head down and focus on what matters to your progress.

1. Don't worry about what others are doing
2. Don't spend too much time on logos, colors, etc. for your site
3. Don't spend money on additional software or subscriptions
4. Don't worry about building a list

The biggest secret to your success is to get through the initial training with a good understanding of how to build a decent niche website.

Your next step is to add some great content with a mix of keywords (but don't fret too much over keywords).

Many people fail in their attempts to build an online business by never completing these last two items.
