If you are just starting out with creating your website, you need to put your head down and focus on what matters to your progress.
- Don't worry about what others are doing
- Don't spend too much time on logos, colors, etc. for your site
- Don't spend money on additional software or subscriptions
- Don't worry about building a list
The biggest secret to your success is to get through the initial training with a good understanding of how to build a decent niche website.
Your next step is to add some great content with a mix of keywords (but don't fret too much over keywords).
Many people fail in their attempts to build an online business by never completing these last two items.
