Big Brother is not only watching us, he's changing our world into a little bit scary place! Thanks for sharing this Gina.
Blessings,
Debby
Hi Debby, Thanks for your note. I look at this way, for every intrusion into our lives and privacy, there is a brilliant person working to combat it. I don't find it scary necessarily and I do not believe 'big brother' will win. The people will prevail and thrive. I am trying to be optimistic! ~Gina
The discussion on the future of jobs etc that AI (Robots) taking over jobs has been on for a while. I believe it is very likely, with the likes of Amazon using more and more AI in most of their warehouse. A documentary aired here in UK, stated that only jobs like hair dressing, personal care, child care and the likes are the only safe one. Gina, when we get to the bridge, we shall cross it my dear. I actually have a blog on it on my website.
Hi Lanu, Thank you for commenting. I find it fascinating to imagine what technology will be like when my teenage son is 50. It is a great time to be alive and witness the evolution of tech! ~Gina
Gina its not only you that have that fear. Albert Einstein did years ago, hear what he said 'I fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction. Then the world will have a generation of idiots.' What do you think of that?
Lanu, It's hard to argue with Albert Einstein, but think he would be pretty impressed with the Hubble Space Telescope and GPS technology. Still, we need to have social skills and know how to do basic math in our heads. I am not sure there is really a good answer. ~Gina
Hi Mel, Thanks for your note. I am glad you liked it. A nice compliment coming from you.:) ~Gina
