The Struggle within

So this week was the most difficult moment of my life, was trying to focus on internet marketing but fail, and my personality was a part of the issue of it as well. until one day I hurt one person that I never want to hurt ( please be inform it not violent, it just the way how I responded as I was having a sucky day ) and it hit me inside later on,

Found out I was never myself since the when I was a kid, well Asian parent are very strict, no doubt about that, it make them strong but doesn't mean it make me strong, that make me weak and going through life suffocating by the damage I am in, only make life more difficult to survive, Fear , Grieve, Anger, Anxiety and many more that not only effected me emotionally but physically as well.

I went till the point where I was broken down emotionally and I was thinking of going through to the point of solitude, well I did this thing I call as Breaking the Puzzle ( please don't do what I do ) meaning I destroy all my personality and reconnecting it again, my god it was hell, Imagine being an empty vassal with no meaning of life, a point of funny post become just an empty post, I cannot laugh, feel or anything, best term of put it is I going through Depression and I purposely doing it

The next day I ask a friend of mine if what I was doing is crazy, he mention it was suicidal and gave me another way to overcome my issue, it is a book call Emotion Code

and it change me inside out understanding the concept of Trapped memory and decided to recall every memory I have that hurt me, fear me, damage me, cause me to have anxiety and many more, lead me in understanding who I am inside and it doesn't only help me with my issue with ADHD and Focus but who I really am

And I share this story not to tell you guys that I have overcome my biggest issue but to share the possibility of the baggage we carry since young are the cause of many reason of difficulty and I hope this story help you guys as it help me
