No, they would need to have their own membership. The only person who could authorize this would be Kyle. PM him and ask if he would make an exception.

The best way to train your VA's is to make your own training. This is how I train all of my VA's. I create both written and video training of every task I do.
The only way for someone else to access your account is to give them your username and password. WA membership is intended for one person, although I know there are several married couples and siblings who share membership.
You can, however, create an account for them on your individual Wordpress sites. But then they will not be able to access WA: they will only have access to the site you give them a login for.
