Using Fiverr's new Available Now Service
Available Now is a new way to attract buyers by being online, ready to respond to messages and being able to handle orders right away. I woke up to an e-mail from a Buyer asking if he ordered how long would it take to send the order. I replied that I would get a notification on my phone and could send the order out right away. I then logged into my Fiverr account on my Mac and noticed a new icon. I clicked the icon and it said "Available Now Beta" so I figured let me click "Learn More" and see what this new service was about.
In a nutshell, it said I'd get more impressions and higher conversions. "Then I'm in" is what I thought as I checked that box that said "I will reply to messages in under 5 mins and start orders right away" that was it. I was now "Available Now" on Fiverr. To enable the new "Available Now" feature which is still in beta, once logged in you will see an icon that looks like a person raising their hand. Click that icon and toggle the "I'm Available Now" switch to ON. Once activated and turned on, it notifies buyers that you are available to respond to queries or send out orders. How Do You Qualify?
- You must have delivered at least five orders
- You must have a low cancellation rate
- You must have less than five orders in queue
It is also recommended that you have the mobile app on your smartphone. I personally send gig orders out all the time from my smartphone which is another reason why I believe I was eligible for the program. I like to send my orders out same day to add extra value, even though it says 1-2 days til you receive it.
The benefit of the service is that faster response times equal higher conversions which equals more sales. The reason you get higher conversions is because Buyers can enable the Available Now option on their end which will make you a top priority on the search queue giving you more impressions.
If you're a Fiverr Seller you should definitely try out the new service but I would suggest downloading the App on your phone and opening it to make sure it is running.

Jumane, thank you for making us all aware. I have tried looking for Fiverr app but I can't find it. Is it listed with a different name? Or is it even available from the Apple Store?

If your on your iPad make sure it's not on iPad only apps.Similar with installing Instagram as it is only an app available for iPhones and technically not for iPads even though they will work. When I initially did a search for Fiverr and Instagram on my iPad nothing came up and I noticed it was only showing me iPad only apps. The Fiverr app is available for iPhone users though, so you should have any problem finding it. Try doing a search on your phone's browser for Fiverr Apple and you should find a link to the app in the iTunes App store
