I am not trying to yell at you but merely trying to reinforce a message. Often I see question after question regarding information that if you had taken the proper notes you would have been able to refer back to them. It saves you the time of having to ask questions and not only can your notes assist you when you need it, you can use it to assist others. I have used my notes to create trainings on WA as well as Blog Posts on WA and on my websites.

Don't forget you are in the business of problem solving. If you have a problem it stands to reason someone else may have that same problem and may not yet have the answer that you do. I typically do a search first on WA and if I can't find the answer here I find it else where or figure it out, but I take notes while doing so. Then create my content from their so that someone that may have had the same problem I had can get help.
