I am not trying to yell at you but merely trying to reinforce a message. Often I see question after question regarding information that if you had taken the proper notes you would have been able to refer back to them. It saves you the time of having to ask questions and not only can your notes assist you when you need it, you can use it to assist others. I have used my notes to create trainings on WA as well as Blog Posts on WA and on my websites.
Don't forget you are in the business of problem solving. If you have a problem it stands to reason someone else may have that same problem and may not yet have the answer that you do. I typically do a search first on WA and if I can't find the answer here I find it else where or figure it out, but I take notes while doing so. Then create my content from their so that someone that may have had the same problem I had can get help.

There's no note platform, but the smart search bar up top is great for finding answers. Type in any question you have there and you'll be shown training and forums that may answer the question, and as always there is the live chat area for finding answers. If you do want to take notes, you'd have to take those on your own.
I agree, Jumaane; notes are a powerful tool when used effectively. It looks like you use them well.
I take notes religiously in most webinars and videos, but the challenge is organizing them for access later. When I can find the right notes, I'm in great shape. Mostly, though, the notes are only useful for a few days, then they disappear into the info-overload.
Sounds like your general organization system or database for notes is way better than mine. I'd love to hear more about that, as it is something I really need to improve.

How? Is there a note platform we can use while the live webinars are playing? If not, they should have one..agree?
I didn't start out taking notes on the Certification courses. I figured I could always go back to get any info I had forgotten! Then, a few lessons in, I realized the WEALTH of information I was getting and decided to start taking notes (and go back to those first few and get some notes jotted down as well!).

If there is no "notes" platform we can use when a live webinar is occurring, then I believe we need one. Agree?
Anyone wanting to take notes can just open up any Notes app on their machine and do so accordingly. I've never felt a need for a notes feature within WA, personally.
