In the information age there is so much out there that you can become overwhelmed by all of it. Steve Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" talks about the difference between Circles of Concern and Circles of Control. Circles of Concern are things that you often wast time and energy worrying about, but have little to no control over. Whereas, Circles of Control are things you can actually control like your attitude and enthusiasm, what your feeding your brain and what you allow to affect you in your daily life. By eliminating your Circle of Concern you have more time and energy for those things you can control.
