Amazon OneLink for more potential commissions
Good News! for Amazon affiliates. They've rolled out a new service called OneLink that allows you to set up your site to receive commissions even if the traffic you sent them switches to Amazon.ca or Amazon.uk
Before this (unless you were using a third party paid service) when a Canadian clicked on your link then opted to switch to Amazon.ca when prompted, you lost the sale.
If you log in to your Amazon Affiliate account they have a splash ad about it.
I set it up tonight and it was fairly easy to do.
The only confusion for me was that they advertise capturing Canadian AND UK traffic, but the form to set up up only offers you to link one or the other...at least so far.
Anyway, check it out. Barring any issues it's just more commissions so why not?

Wonderful.
I wonder if it works the same for Canadian websites to convert to UK orders?
I will have to check it out!
Our world is shrinking. Soon we will all have one postal code. EARTH!
Thank you for sharing this information!

HI! and you're welcome,
Good question about Canadian converting to UK but I didn't see any mention of it so far. I will look into it more too.
You're welcome, I am sure everyone will see it eventually, but I just wanted to get the word out so WA people know about it asap. Thanks!

I have tried to set it up on my Genesis Themes, but not sure that it is working.
My main desire is to get .com to redirect to .ca
I am looking for a kind Canadian resident to check a couple of my links to see if it works or not??
Have you been able to test those links? I am in Vancouver and am willing to help with that.
Thanks - PM sent
