Yeah as Chris said, this could be one option. But technically when you have log-in information, you can give it to people you trust, the question is for what reason.
What do you want her role to be? Adding content to your site? If so you can make her a contributor on your WordPress

Yes, if they have no content on them you can change the DNS to point to WA. If they do have content then you need to backup to your computer before you change the DNS. Tech Support can help if you need it.
