You know that feeling when you realise that all along, it has always been up to you, me?
Each moment in time is always now and I decide what now will be?

Hi there, I like the way you think as they are my thoughts also.
This right now is the only time we 'really have' and what we do 'right now' can determine so many different things.
Move through each moment, with no regret, knowing that what you did in that moment, seemingly good or bad, is exactly what you did, and it's all good.
Like sometimes, for example, you go to eat some chocolate and you think, 'oh no I shouldn't' or 'I'm going to regret this' or ...... (whatever else negative that comes up)...
Instead of going there, I go, I'm going to enjoy this lovely delicious chocolate because that's what I'm choosing right now and I will have no regrets about doing so....
Wow, that was the start of a novel, hehe...

I truly believe that what we all really want, we're standing in it......not always easy to hear or see it with all the 'noise' about, pulling at us from every direction, in our heads.
Mindfulness, just letting the thoughts stream by rather than getting all caught up in them is bliss.
Being by or in the water and feet in the earth is my meditation.
Nothing beats nature.
