Back To Business
After a challenging few months I have picked up my pen and found my voice once again.
In November last year my older brother passed away, a man who I have looked up to all my life. To say it was devastating does not even come close. Then January of this year I was quite ill with a blood clot on my lung (on the mend now). All this followed by the CORVID 19 outbreak and lock down in the UK.
It made me realise how quickly life can change and gave me a renewed urgency to get back to business.
In the last week or so, I have been back to doing the training and lots of other research around building content and getting a content resource / reference together.
Now I have a few questions for the more experienced of you:-
- Have any of you used the Elementor Plug In for WordPress? And if so what are your thoughts, IE. Would you install it and is it better than the standard editor?
- Recommendations for other Plug In you have found useful?
- Can anyone recommend a good resource for putting together an EBook?
- Design software for the EBook cover?
- What is the best format for EBooks, either for using as a hook to get readers to sign up to your email list. And also if you want to self publish on Amazon KDP?
Thank you in advance for reading this post, even if you don't have any advice for me, I do appreciate and read a load of your post and find this to be one of the most encouraging areas of the WA community.
Warm regards
Gaz

Gaz, I'm glad to see you have pushed through your loss and illness to rejoin the game of life! Believe that your brother will always be looking over you and resides in your heart! Take daily comfort from that, my friend!

Thanks so much Jeffrey, I am sure he is looking down and thinking, what the heck is he up to NOW.... Can't leave him alone for 5 minutes.... 😁
Stay safe my friend.

Gaz, so sorry for your loss.
Yes, I used the Elemenator Plug-in. It was okay, but I am still using the standard. I have used several other plug-in, with mixed results.
I think you just have to experiment with them to find what works for you.
