What happened to Site Support?
You know the feeling! When disappointment is at its peak! I'm feeling exactly like that. I have always been satisfied with the Site Support here at WA. But I'm having doubts now. I was on a lovely vacation for last two months and when I returned and got back to doing my business, I got a mail from Google saying my SSL expired. It's obvious that my website didn't respond with the https prefix.
The next thing I did was I contacted site support and they responded literally within minutes to check again if my website is running good. And it was back with the http. My concern was, why the SSL was not renewed before expiry? Now that's expired, how long it will take to get it back? So, I asked the same thing to site support. This time no response even after I sent a follow up message asking for update. It's been almost two days and still no response on the issue.
Most of my posts are ranked with https on Google and it shows error when I click on my link on Google search. I have been getting messages from some viewers that my website is not working. I got ZERO organic traffic in last three days.
I contacted site support again asking them "how can I redirect the https to http in a new ticket and I got the standard reply saying, they are looking into the issue and will respond with more information soon. Again I waited for a day and got no response. I asked for update and got the standard reply again. After waiting for one more day, I got no response.
Instead of the standard reply if they had been little more specific, I would have appreciated. But here I'm writing this with a big disappointment.
**Update**
I contacted Carson and he was very generous to explain me what happened and assured me the issue will be resolved. Now my site is back on with SSL.

It's the beautiful site, but you right, it is not secure. Sorry, I can not help with that. I waited once longer, but later on, SiteSupport answered.
