1st Webinar Attended at 2am SA time
Hi All
So i was hyped for my 1st live webinar, Conversations on Conversion Optimization, but I had to wait up until 2am South African time for it.
I had a hectic, revitalizing day with a 150 km bike ride and a 2 hour kayak paddling session, I was so hyped I could not get any shuteye, so I stayed at WA tweaking posts and pages until finally 2 am arrived.
it was inspirational watching Jay do his thing, but I got lost halfway through. The topic was, all about analyzing your website traffic, setting it up in Google Analytics.
I believe a recording becomes available after round 24 hours after, so I will sink my teeth into it then and get it done, seems a bit technical, Hell I am a Mechanic, I can do technical Lol.
Have any of you attended any of these webinars?, How has it helped you in your online business?
I am curious to know.
All the best
Gary

Glad you were able to finally attend one Gary. Jay's sessions are really awesome and extremely informative. Another great thing is that they are always archived so that we can review them if we are not able to attend the live sessions.

Hey Jerome
Thanks for stopping by, yes that is an added feature here at WA, you can always watch it later.

Hey James
Thanks for the visit, yeah I see lots of members have that problem, pity, live is always more exciting.
Gary
Hey Roy
Thanks for dropping by, yeah, reruns enables the stop. pause function so that we can go back if we missed something, but the live chats will be missed.
Gary
Hi Gary,
I found Jay's webinars extremely helpful. I participated in the setting up a website ones.
I had to watch some after the event because Friday at 5 pm did not always work for me for the live event.
Being able to pause and absorb what was just said helps when you are watching the recorded presentation.
It is all great stuff, for sure!
I am going to be very excited when it starts to make sense to me!
Hi Susan
Thanks for stopping by and your insights, I do agree that a recording would work well too as you said, play, pause is always good when one gets left behind like I experienced this morning, The content seemed good. I Will browse the archives often, there is so much I need to learn still.
All the best Susan

Hi Robert
Thanks for stopping by, so it seems that it is very beneficial I liked the idea of the live chat while the webinar is in effect, it just enhances the experience, thanks for the tip on the webinar library, will peruse it soon. All the best Robert.
Gary
I have attended all since I became well enough to watch them in Dec. They are excellent teaching tools, I am not sure if you are aware or not but you can go thru the library of Live Video Courses and watch them all as far back as they started producing them.
How has it helped, I have learned more about S.E.O and copywriting. I have leant about email marketing and how to build landing pages. There is to much to list about what I have learnt from watching Jays video courses.

Hi Gary,
Yes, I have attended several of them and have gotten a lot out of them. I am in Hong Kong, so the time for me is at 8 am on Saturdays. What I generally do is register for them and mostly listen to them at a better time for me so that I can listen to the recording and listen to it at my pace. It seems to work better for me.

Hey Wayne
Thank you for popping in, yes you seem to be at an advantage there in HK,
8am on a Saturday would suit me just fine, but as so many have mentioned that there are advantages of watching the recorded version.
The only disadvantage is that there is no live chat.
To be able to use pause and rewind when you loose place or tempo.
All the best to you Wayne
Gary
Yep, Gary, not haveing the live chat is a definite disadvantage.
