Why my privacy policy page has comments enabled? thanks

For some reasons I see on my Privacy Policy page that you are able to leave comments. I would like to delete that. Any help?

You can disable comments on specific pages by unchecking the box on the "Quick Edit" page.

Did you perhaps miss hitting the "Update" button at the lower right of the Quick Edit pane?

It's very easy to miss that step. Please don't ask how I know this. :=)

Sign into your page in dashboard, go to "screen options" on the top right hand side of the page, uncheck the "comments" box.
