My first blog post! about me & my goals!

Hi all!
My name is Gabbey, I'm 21 years old, a full-time university student studying International business and working 2 jobs both in Pharmacy. I love my jobs in Pharmacy because I love helping people. I've worked in pharmacy for 4 years, and although I love my job, what I don't love is having a boss to always answer to, having to balance my study with work, and always missing out on life because I never have any time for myself.

That's when I came across Wealthy Affiliate on Google. I researched the SHIT out of it and when I said that, I mean RESEARCHED FOR LIKE 24 HOURS (the good and the bad reviews)! But even with the bad reviews about WA, I knew that was like anything in life and I would never really know unless I tried it out for myself. So I did. I signed up for the FREE membership and within 20 minutes of browsing WA, I upgraded to premium! and I am SO happy I did! (I now don't even know why anyone would give WA a bad review lol)

So far I have already created my website which was about reviewing the product Kindle. It is the #2 most sold product on Amazon. But as I'm getting deeper into the training, I'm realising there's more to a product just being popular, it's also about key words, content, trust between the author and the customer, getting traffic, and customer comprehension - Gosh there's SO much training! Although the Kindle probably wasn't a good idea as I signed up for Jaaxy and saw that not many people even google Kindle reviews or kindle itself, it was good practice for me! and I'm super proud of myself for being able to build a website too!

And I have also signed up for affiliate partnerships with Amazon and Ebay too!

So...

My goals for the next 1 month is to complete online entrepreneur certification course and get started on the affiliate bootcamp! I will also find a really good niche and start building my next website with all the information I've learnt from the OEC course. Even if I fail, I just have to remember I'm failing forward and that one day it will all work out for me. I'm building this business in the pockets of my time between uni and my 2 jobs and that has meant i've had to sleep later and/or wake up early but I'm loving it! WA is giving my purpose again and I finally feel like I'm doing exactly what I'm meant to be doing and loving it! And my last goal, is to help a few of my friends who I know would love WA to get started!
