Find Your Passion And Run
Hey WA fam, I just wanted to share with you a thought I've had on these websites we've made and developing lately. It's just important that I emphasize how when selecting a niche, you shouldn't put too much thought into it, however, you do want to keep in mind that it's something you're going to watch grow in front of you daily and you're going to want to have an interest in it that's more important than financial goals.
As I said in previous posts, it's okay to want money; you just need to have something that you enjoy talking with other people about. A good example that I'm using is sports, I prefer and am able to talk about Olympic style wrestling with just about anybody (anybody somewhat knowledgable at least). I have a site about wrestling that I would love to make me a lot of money, yet, I'm more focused on doing what's possible to grow the sport to a pro-level eventually.
That's the type of passion that you should have when making these sites, see it almost as if it's a tree that you're trying to grow as much as possible. The money will find it's way to you regardless, just focus on who you're really trying to talk to and make sure that you're helping them with your website and everything else that you want will follow.
