Hello, I just posted an article and discovered google has only indexed one of my articles and I have at least five other articles that haven't been indexed. I was hoping somebo
Figured it out. However, On my site manager it says Google has indexed me but when I check each article none of them have been indexed?
Sometimes it takes Google a while to find posts. I hae had some wait several weeks before being indexed. I have had several get indexed the same day ( as many as seven or eight).
Just have to wait and be patient. It will happen.

If you are writing your posts in "Site Content" just go there and look at your list of articles. At the bottom of each article you will see 4 icons. The first one is for Google. If it is highlighted you will know they have found it. It has also been my experience that there will be a notification from WA that they have been found.

Hi, i'm really having trouble finding low competition key words. The majority of the keywords I keep finding relevant to my niche are usually way to high on competition. I feel
Hi Peter, we can always work on that. A bit more information would help though. As Swangirl mentioned it would be nice to know what your niche is. Also I see siamjerry uses Jaaxy. That is a great tool and the more you use the more you will like it.

What is your niche? Have you tried questions as keywords such as "What is the best..." or "How to..."?
I am using Jaaxy and usually find the right keyword in the end. You should be able to do so as well. Good luck and keep looking.

Peter - either of those choices is still too broad :)
Try to narrow it down to a micro topic within one of those interests.
Drill down to a subject that perhaps you or someone close to you has had personal experience, or a topic in which you have particular knowledge or curiosity.
Make it a narrow subject you can really specialize in. Build your traffic and authority by becoming an expert in something very specific to start with.
Later on, when you feel you've exhausted every little bit of information and opinion on the topic, you can start expanding your subject matter in a natural way.
I really like this little training article on choosing niches: How to Choose a Niche - Easy Criteria Try not to overthink it, and just go with your first instincts :)
I would suggest using one or the other. Not both. You should have ONE target market for each niche. So start with one. When you are earning money in that, then start the next one.
The reason is people who are interested in self improvement usually do not have mental health problems. So you do not want to confuse your visitors.

Just dropped in to comment, because I'm looking at a similar niche. So you're right. People with mental issues don't usually look for self-improvement, they're looking to improve themselves, but with more than just positive thinking. I've had a lot of experience with narcissism and that's what I know best.
