After failing to pay for my premium membership will l still be able to access my website
As mergie1 says, WA will host your website for 30 days beyond the cut off date, which gives you time to still access it. If it is a free Siterubix site, they will deactivate it after the 30 days.
If the site is on your owned domain and you return within 6 months, they will probably be able to restore your site, though I recommend that you make a backup of the full content. ~Jude
Before I help you with that - do you own your domain, or is it a free Siterubix website?

If your domain is hosted at WA, chances are good that if you return and resume payments within 6 months, they will be able to restore the site for you. Even so, best to make your own backup.
If you return and resume payments, put in a hosting support ticket at that time and ask for a site restore.
Of course your domain registration renewal must remain active in order for your site to be restored.

You will have to contact admin, but I know they keep a copy of your website for 30 days after you quit, so you can move it elsewhere if you need to.

You get 30 days to move your site, but they will give you some time before they cancel your account, I think they try 3 times to take payment over a period of days before cancelling your membership.
