helping others will help you!
So it's been a couple days since I have been on here but I just wanted to share something. I was diagnosed with severe depression at 16 and have been fighting ever since. I came across a website called 7 cups of tea which I am a member of. it is a community for people with Mental Health Conditions and you can help others aswell as speak about your own problems. I have been part of this community for years now and everyday I dedicate an hour of my time to help other people with serious mental conditions. Today I helped someone from Spain, Someone from Uruguay and someone from Iraq. I don't get paid to do this. I do this because I love to help other people and don't like hearing or seeing other people go through what I go through. So how does this help me?... Because knowing I have had a major positive impact on someone the other side of the world through a conversation is certainly good for the soul. So even though my wallet does not fill up from doing this, my heart and soul most definitely do.

Thankyou. Because i was in that position it feels good to help others in that position. I'm not saying i'm cured completley. I still have my days which are a struggle but teaching what has helped me really is a good way for me to give back. Thankyou
