Writing & Posting Consistent Quality Content Is The Golden Key

Just a quick 'work' post to let you know that writing and posting consistently is making a huge difference in almost every area of my site health. I recently made a pact that I would make writing and posting a priority over all the hundred other things there are still to do and learn here at WA. :-) It's not easy, but it is doable if we don't mind giving up a few things....like sleep for instance. :-)

Even though I've been here for just over a year, it was only two and a half months ago that I deleted my 10 month old WA website and rebuilt another website from scratch, one that I had on another platform, and then migrated it here to WA mid January.

Prior to now, before I began to write more consistently, my site health was not so good, with the publishing frequency always at 10% or sometimes 20%. The site trust was at 0% for awhile, then moved up to 10%, and just recently has gone up to 20%. I'm not totally sure, but I think this is good for such a young site.

Writing and posting regularly is also proving to increase comments and engagement. All in all, it seems the more we write and post quality content, the better everything else does too. It creates movement and the energy begins to flow into all areas.

Posting quality content on a regular basis is the basic foundation of what the training teaches us, and it is working. Our site health is definitely connected to the direction of success we are heading towards. It feels good to be able to 'see' that movement with our very own eyes via the site health tool.

To any newbies out there who may not have discovered yet that you can check-in on your site health, (I didn't know I could do this for the longest time!) it's the little light blue button that says 'View' at the end of the row to your right where you log into your website.

Hope everyone enjoyed the Easter break. The sun actually came out for a day here in Southern Ontario. Spring here has definitely not quite sprung. Not sure how I am going to write as consistently once summer is here! I'm open to any brilliant ideas...

Happy writing and have a great week.

Warmly, Heather :-)

There is no more truer statement then that! Ever since I made a promise to myself and have posted consistently for the last 7 months or so, I have started to see wonderful changes! My site trust is 100%, I always request comments here at WA for my new articles which is now helping to get organic comments, traffic has been steadily increasing and I am now generating a tiny bit of revenue from Google AdSense.

This is what happens when you post consistent quality content even when you don't feel like it. I'm going to keep pushing ahead and not give up. I'm still looking for my first affiliate sale and I know that will be coming at some point as long as I continue to post consistently on my website.

So inspiring, Brian! And site trust at 100%...awesome. I still have a long way to go on that one. Thanks for sharing your wonderful progress....and yes....writing and posting quality content, even when you don't feel like it! :-)

Thanks Heather for the reminder. I have not been creating content recently and it certainly has a detrimental affect on progress. It's not that I haven't been aware of the need to write, it's about choosing what to do first each day. I will take a lead from you now and make writing and posting a priority :)

I hear you, Valerie. There is just so much to learn! It's easy to push the writing aside in lieu of more training. We have to learn the ropes for sure. It's a fine dance of balance, but since I've made writing and posting the priority, it's become clear that this is the 'guts' of what drives our websites. :-)

So true Heather :-)

This is very true! Keeping up with consistently posting quality articles is key to success with search engines and a large following. Nice blog! I'd love to hear more from you soon.

Thank so much, Mate. (love your name and how it's pronounced) Enjoy the day. Warmly, Heather :-)

Yes, I keep hearing quality content is key here, but posting often is a tip for me lol.
AW
Smile ;)...!

Writing quality content is only one side of the coin, Arleen.....posting it consistenly is the other. :-)

Hi Heather, writing frequently and quality content will build your site trust, got so long my publishing frequency was at 30-50 % and my trust never really went, but about a month ago I told myself I went not let it go before 80% and my site trust recently has gone up to 40%

Sorry on my cell phone.. But I would not let it go below 80%****

Wow, that's awesome, Jesse! Keep going. Inspiring! :-)

:-)...I understood what you meant...:-)

Keep up the good work.

Many thanks, Joyce. Blessings. :-)

Hi, Heather....You are right, but way of work is spiralling loop to improve site ranking and visibility on line is much easier and more effective using more advanced methods shown well by Jay "Magstudio". Try it...

Thanks, Wojtek. Will check it out. :-)

Hi Heather,

How right you are! So much to do, but we must make writing content our priority! Thanks for the valuable reminder! It's still a bit chilly here in Alberta too!

Have a great day!

Anna

Thanks, Anna. Yep.. content is key. Hope it warms up in Alberta soon! Warmly, Heather :-)

Thank you, Heather, for this reminder. Sometimes I put my website on the 'back burner' and work on WA training, etc. I need to concentrate on building my website, plus I also am planning on building another website. Gotta keep my priorities in order :-)

Yes, I hear you, Diane....it's easy to get caught up in the on-going training...and we need to learn for sure...it's a fine dance of balance...as always. Warmly, Heather :-)

Heather you are an inspiration to so many of us, please continue the great work ;)

Thanks so much, Jude. Just moving forward one step, and one day, and one post at a time. Blessings, Heather :-)
