Those of Us who have been Inspired by and love the Rocky Franchise can never forget that famous phrase from the "Rock" Himself, "It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you get hit and keep moving forward". We will all fail at many things many times but will you let that define who you are and what you can accomplish?
Yes, we can actually grow stronger from our failures
1. Accept responsibility
People are not eager to accept the fact that failure can be of their own making. Don’t be that person, take the responsibility for your actions or lack there of and stand up and say, yes it was my fault..To Paraphrase another great quote, " Only a man admits when he's made a mistake". Take the Hit and move forward.
2. Understand and value the lesson

Of course taking the Hit by admitting our failure can hurt and even embarrass but we can turn that into something positive. Learn from it and move forward, and remember not every failure is always going to be your fault, have the wisdom to know the difference.
3. Stop Running the failure Movie over and over
Understandably the most difficult to do because our inner voice likes to fixate on the subject and run our failure over and over like a bad movie. That’s why it’s imperative to find the lesson in every situation – if you can crasp the lesson learned and move forward in a positive way, that inner voice can not find any fault in that particular failure..it’s hard to feel angry, embarassed, bitter, or a failure if you can take that hit , get up and move forward. It will make you feel stronger and a winner.
4. We humans have lots of company
Thomas Edison, Bill Gates, Walt Disney, Abraham Lincoln. These are some examples of great innovators and leaders who took many hits and kept getting up and moving forward. They refused to accept failure as final story to their book........Everybody fails:
