My First Weekend at WA
So, I am following the instructions - to the "T". Every task is being completed, in order. Every training (with zero shortcuts) is being performed. Difficult but so proud....
I have been involved with various forms of internet marketing since 2001. I had a moderately successful website - selling physical products that shut down in 2009 with the economy crash. I have always chased the illusive "internet marketer" status - to no avail.
I will not mention the sites i have signed up for (and thrown money at), but miraculously I came across the WA site. Once I arrived - I knew that I have found the "real deal". I have only been a member for 2 days and I am soaking everything up like a sponge.
My current niche is Men's Fragrance. My site: See in my profile (wasn't sure if posting link was against terms) although this site is doing ok (about $1,500 to $2000 per month) I still want the passive income that affiliate marketing offers.
Sidenote: As I am typing this blogpost an order for $86.00 just came over from my fragrance site. I appreciate it, but I have to stop - decant an order, package and ship it. I love it, but it requires my presence to be successful - affiliate marketing is the model I am seeking.
I am confident that if I follow the training, this will become a reality. My first niche in affiliate marketing is going to be Men's shoe care products. And I have a few others waiting in the wings. I want to create multiple streams of income. With the communities help and guidance, I have no doubt that this will be my reality.

Welcome to wealthy affiliate. I too have tried to achieve the elusive internet marketer status before but I was missing a clear plan. With WA I feel like everything is falling in to place and I have a clear plan and instructions for achieving my goal. All it takes is work and that I'm able and determined to put in.
Here's an idea for you. If you already have a succesfull site selling physical products and established traffic. How about you leverage that traffic selling affiliate products through amazon or some other affiliate instead of physical products?
That way you would get a head start compared to a completely new site. You could also do this gradualy selling both physical and affiliate products.
Just a thought. I'm not experienced enough to see all the possible pitfalls.

I like your energy and determination. You see with Affiliate Marketing, you just have to get traffic and the product company does the shipping and other after sales services.
I'm convinced we can collaborate here, help each other and hit good success together.

Sounds like you are on the fast track here, hope you do well. I have similar ideas and just need to focus here! My IT Company is lagging now so it is a great time to jump back in. I love working IT but 65 now so would like to generate lots of passive income as entrepreneurs like me often don't have retirement accounts to fall back on! I hope your family is doing well also.
