Road Have To Be Walked By Ourselves!
Regardless how much information we have about how to walk this road, how useful guidance others give us sincerely, or even how well we know how to walk this road, we have to remind ourselves that road have to be walked by ourselves!
As a newbie of affiliate marketing, I have used around 9 months to learn, to try, and to practice how to build a website. Finally, I built my first website in this month, although it stills at the preliminary stage.
I know that the slope of this development curve is too narrow especially in the rapid growing online market. And, it may be a poor example here in WA. However, it is no doubt that I have learned so much during this development process.
Besides the concept of affiliate marketing, the trainings and the well-developed platform provided by WA, the most important thing is trying and practicing continually by ourselves. It does not only mean practicing our writing skills but also about how to visualize our concept on each page of our website. Remember! Content is the King! My elaboration of content covers all visible items of a website. Therefore, I stupidly used up many resources (time) to design my site in order to follow my concept. Each page design of the site, each modified banner / image and each wording from the articles, I have put many efforts on all these and learned some techniques on related stuff. I have tried and practice many times and found out required solutions from uncountable failure. I even revamped the homepage from traditional article page to image base page. The walk through is valuable for the whole journey of my online marketing. Even though my site is still at elementary level in terms of techniques and visitor engagement, I enjoy the journey and will make it better.
I don’t mind walking as road have to be walked by ourselves. Otherwise, I won’t get anytime from it!
