Slow and Steady Wins the Race
I am definitely more of a tortoise than a hare.
I figured that if I’m going to do this I should do it right, first time, no do overs.
The thing is I’m currently at a standstill.
While the desire is still there, the time is certainly lacking.
My paid employment has taken the lions share of my every waking moment, placing everything non work related firmly in the shadows. And this is ok. My full time job pays the bills and keeps a roof over my head. And I do enjoy it most of the time. It is interesting and varied but at the moment with EOFY it’s also CRAZY!
So while my physical presence has been at work and not busily working on my website content and WA training my thoughts are still very much present. In my brief moments of downtime my brain is constantly thinking of ideas for content, steps to be made and notes to jot down.
And at the end of my days I still try to check in, even for a brief moment and see what’s happening in WA land. I read a few posts, scroll through the chat and remind myself of what I need to do to get to where I want to be.
Then it’s off to bed to reenergise for another crazy day.
Yep, I’m definitely a tortoise, extremely slow and not so steady, but still aiming to win.
Have a great week everyone, enjoy the race at whatever pace you can.

But who was it than won the race? There is nothing wrong with slow and steady, and in fact there is no race, only with yourself, so take your time, enjoy the journey xx

Slow is fine, work when you have a few minutes. Don't worry about ranking here, work on the lessons when you have the time.
