I just read about some changes that Google is supposed to have recently made. Their ranking algorithm for mobile devices now looks for what Google is calling "Intrusive interstitials". Can Anyone Help Me With Compression

I have been struggling with this all week. My PageSpeed Insights are not good. Mobile/Desktop are 83/81 respectively. I have loaded TinyPNG and re-optimized my images. I have also loaded W3 Total Cache and configure it. Both of these plug-ins have improved my numbers but I am still having issues. Since, I have compression turned on.
