I'm not here to quit my day job!

Today I have the day off. My boss is pretty liberal with the holidays. For example we get our birthdays off. and if our birthday falls on a weekend we get to take friday or monday off (our choice). Needless to say I FREEKIN LOVE MY JOB!! On top of that I get paid to help people which is what I believe God put me on this earth to do anyway. So yeah...I'm a pretty happy camper in that respect.

I didn't join WA because I wanna "fire my boss". My boss is a friend of mine...in fact he's my son's Godfather. I'm sharing this to make a point. My motivation for learning Online marketing is not because I hate my job, just the opposite. I want to use what I learn here to be more valuable to my job. Not to mention I get paid very well to very little actual work.

Don't get me wrong, I do want to be my own boss one day and I have goals and things I want that I can't afford at the moment (like a luxury condo and BMW M6 convertible) but I'm good at the moment, HOWEVER, if the right opportunity presents itself I'M OUT!!!

It's because of this that I feel I'm not pushing as hard as I should be. The urge to be complacent is powerful, especially when you don't need for much. The passion to quit a job that sucks gives people energy I just don't have. Add to that the fact that online marketing is just f***ing hard and you have the perfect recipe for half ass productivity.

I've learned alot over the last year at WA far more than I've ever learned on my own in the last decade. I feel I should be farther along though. What I think I need now is a mentor, or someone to hold me accountable to put in the work. If anyone wants to link up or maybe start a Facebook group feel free to shoot me a message. I WANNA WIN THAT TRIP TO VEGAS!! If anybody else wants to team up. LETS DO IT!!
