What Motivates You To Move Ahead?
Here is today's quote: “People work for money but go the extra mile for praise, recognition, and rewards.” (Dale Carnegie) Have you looked at your own journey, and discovered what best moves you forward?
Money motivates many. Power tempts others with its promises.
Perhaps you wish to help as many people as you can along the way. This pure desire will help you past many obstacles. Perhaps you wish for financial independence, which can be a driving need for many. So, what moves you that extra mile?
For me, it's neither money nor power. My goal is to create excellence with my website content and my writing, so that they draw a large, appreciative audience. That means my path ahead is clear. I must work continually to improve the skills that will bring me the desired results.
Do you have a clear picture of what you want from your business? If not, take some time to meditate on the subject. Try to see exactly what it is you wish to accomplish through your endeavors. If you know what you want, it's easier to know how to get there.
You deserve to receive recognition for what you accomplish as you move forward. Accept with a thankful heart any praise or reward a completed task brings you. Work to make a contribution that flows to many of those whose lives you touch.
Is your destination a worthy one? It's important that you believe in its value, for you and/or for others. Realize that time spent with your business represents your gift to yourself, as this time contributes to your reaching success.
Our destination glows; it acts as a beacon that urges us ever forward. Remember that we live our lives while making this journey. Recognize its importance.

My many gurus emphasized answering the WHY. If this is strong enough, it should keep you going. Seldom it is about money. Money is a form of energy that you can apply to achieve desired results. Fulfilling the needs of others or yourself will raise your happiness and vibration. Regarding recognition, the most important is loving and praising yourself first. And your happiness will raise even more if also people around you will do the same.
