Ignore The Naysayers

You cannot let your lack of belief in yourself go unchecked. You must be ready to challenge the idea that you will automatically fail at something. You won't know if you will fail until you try.
Besides, if you do fail, just consider it one more step on the road to success. Each time you move past a failure, you move closer to your goal. If you let that failure stop you, then you won't ever learn its value to your success.
You must also ignore those who try to tell you to change directions. You know your strengths and your weaknesses and if you feel you have what it takes to go full speed ahead, don't listen to any who tell you it can't be done.
Like the little sign on my desk says, "Those who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the one doing it"

I have never let anything stop me from trying something new. As children, we were raised to believe we could succeed at anything, but anyone can overcome their self-doubt!
"I can't do it" and "I don't want to work hard enough to make it happen" are two very different things!

Thank you for your wise words; we have to be very careful of the naysayers! Sometimes we can have a great idea and want to share it with others, which can sometimes cause discouragement.
More often than not, when I have an idea, I don't share it as there are too many naysayers! We are all created individuals and created to do different things with the individual gifts that we are given. We need to make the most of them!
