Have you lost access to your Google account? Or, would you like an easy way to set up Search Console and Analytics?
I have been trying for nearly 3 months to access my Google account, in particular Search Console, and have had zero luck. I finally decided to start all over with a new account. It meant losing the data I'd already entered, but at least I'd be back in there.
Finally got what I needed from our wonderful Site Support. They sent me a link to a video from Kyle that tells you exactly how to do it in an easy way. To get to Kyle's video, go to Setting Up Search Console & Analytics with Google Site Kit. At last! The plugin does it all for you, and after 3 months of frustration, I finally have a Google account again. Thought perhaps some of you might have a similar difficulty.

My problem arose when Search Console suddenly asked for my password instead of just entering me with a click. Not only could I not find my password, but had changed my phone number and could not access my Google account to change it there.
So, there's another important suggestion: Make sure you have a safe, designated place to record all your passwords so you don't lose them. A word to the wise, and all that.
