Is There Too Much Training In WA?

So, how much is too much when it comes to training?

I don't think there is a definitive answer to this as we are all different and learn at different rates we also take in different amounts of knowledge at a time.

I would say it is far better to be well equipped when entering the world of affiliate marketing. The more knowlegable you are about a subject the greater your confidence will be.

There are also several different ways to approach and explain the same subject. So if you do one lot of training and you are not sure you have learned what you wanted to then you can search for more training on the same subject which may give you a better and a broader knowledge.

My daughter came home from school with some maths homework but she did not understand how to do quadratic equations the way had been taught. She asked me how I would do them. I explained to her my method of doing them and she caught on straight away. Now I am not a teacher so I just told her how I would work out the answers. I had just explained it to her in a completely different way to her teacher, but it was in a way she could understand.

Don't just write off two sets of training on the same subject as unnecessary. If the same training is explained in two different ways it is likely a lot more people will understand it.

So my original question in my title was is there too much training in WA. My answer has to be it is impossible to have too much training unless it is duplicated in every way.

This is all new to me.. I am going to make an effort to absorb as much training as I can, I don't think there could be too much training. Training from different perspectives and/or points of view is good. because people learn in different ways and at different rates. Thanks for the discussion.

Thank you for reading and commenting Ronald.

There isn't an issue with too much training, the issue is too many people try to do too much learning at a time and confuse themselves. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your blog be a success overnight. Take the time to read and devour then implement each lesson.

Definitely Andy.

Yes please there is so much helpers for your sake and anything bordering your mind you can ask

Thats right Isaac.

Enough to feed ones brain!

The hardest part are the updates... they disturb former trainings. Some of them no longer accurate...

Amen to that.

Mark

We always get that problem unfortunately Fleeky.

Is the brain half empty or half full!
I agree you can never have too much training, none of us can learn everything, even though there are some who think they know it all!
Best wishes, Rob

Thanks Rob. Training is our lifeblood here.

Different people can explain things differently, while one person may not understand the 1st version the other one will and vice versa.
Everyone has a different way of learning, like wise with teaching. I think its good to have different versions.
I also think loads of training is brilliant, knowledge is power after all.

I agree completely Linda.

We learn differently. The same content can be delivered differently so anyone can learn. The timing of the learning is also important for effectiveness. You don’t know who needs the training when but it is all here in WA for this business.

Yes that is why we need so much training.

Sometimes, parents can explain things in the way that is better to understand, as opposed to the manual.

My dad taught me maths, in simple terms every night, and I got it far better than the teacher was explaining and I still sue it to this day

Its the way and tonality that helps

Thanks for your comments Dave.

Great blog Derek and great information. Never can learn too much! Of course, we have different people writing different lessons in different styles as you said, so a good perspective can be had.
