How Do I Get A Good Life Balance?

First of all you have to define your interpretation of how do I get a good life balance. What are you trying to balance your life with? Work, WA, Leisure. It could be one but it should be two or three depending on whether you have another job or not.

I am trying to balance my WA work life with my leisure. You may also have to include your working hours for an employer as well. In the past I have put too much emphasis on the WA work and not enough on the leisure side of my life. This was probably down to poor planning on my part and just generally overworking.

There are many who hold down a full time job, work WA and still have leisure time as well.

One thing we all need to do is learn to work smart instead of working hard. I used to work my leisure time around my WA work rather than starting with my leisure time and doing WA work when I had time available.

We all want to make money but we don't want to be burned out at the end of each day. We need to keep ourselves fresh so we can tackle the odd hiccup in our lives but still keep that work life balance.

So what is most important to you? Is it earning a great deal of money and having no leisure time or would you prefer to earn less but have adequate leisure time?

Take a good long look at what you really want and then plan your life to meet with your requirements. Do a daily and weekly plan of what you need to do, and then stick to that plan.

How do I get a good life balance? Well! I have to work at it!
