Making SiteRubix plugin "Fool Proof"....it's the little things :)

If you're like me and you jumped on the SiteRubix bandwagon, you may have written a page or post helping folks get here through the SiteRubix gateway. I think I wrote my page the minute I saw Kyle's video https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/the-siterubix-com-sign-up-process-a-walk-through I was so excited. I wrote a step-by-step tutorial on how to set up a site and never thought about it again.

I had to go back in today to make some changes to the size of the images (making them bigger and easier to read) on that page and as I was recreating my steps so I could screen capture them, I realized there has been a change to the SiteRubix plug-in. I knew that users couldn't use symbols (besides a dash) but it used to be if they tried they got an error message. Now, they can't even "try" the "box" won't let them enter an invalid symbol.

Just a small change but it has made a "step" on my page obsolete already because it was "If you try to use a name with symbols, you will get this warning message underneath the box", now they won't get the warning box because they can't even type the symbol in. Instead it will know say "available" or "taken" as they type the name in (which I think is great, pretty fool proof now).

A small change and a tiny edit on my site is all that's needed to fix this but just thought I'd share in case I'm not the only one who didn't know this.
