The requirement is a transfer code, how do I get this code from?
You get it from the Registrar of your domain, for example I transferred a domain from GoDaddy, when you go through the steps to transfer, they will supply you with a code onsite, plus they will email it to you.

My hosting provider is either https://one.com - they are hosting my domain under WordPress. But my first content I have created yesterday went to an old WordPress domain, which is not currently used by me. It is a little bit crazy, I know.

if it is on a domain your own then you can change the nameservers and have it hosted here once you are premium...
